End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the SparkWise Academy platform, including its software, video lessons, curriculum, written materials, activities, code, designs, and branding (together, the "Licensed Materials"). By using SparkWise Academy, you accept this EULA. It works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Ownership

The Licensed Materials are owned by SparkWise Academy and/or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a license to use them — we do not sell or transfer ownership of anything.

2. License granted

Subject to this EULA and your account being active and in good standing, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Licensed Materials solely for your own (or your enrolled child's or students') educational use.

3. Restrictions

You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

  • copy, reproduce, download, record, screen-capture, scrape, or redistribute any Licensed Materials, except where the platform expressly provides a download (such as a student's own certificate);
  • share, sell, sublicense, rent, lend, or transfer your account or access;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, curriculum, AI prompts, or underlying methods;
  • remove, hide, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice;
  • use the Licensed Materials to build, train, or assist a competing product or service;
  • use automated means to access the platform or attempt to bypass security or access controls.

4. Trials and pilots

If you are given free or trial access (including an evaluation pilot), all terms of this EULA still apply. Free or trial access does not waive any of our rights in the Licensed Materials, and access may be turned off at the end of the trial.

5. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach this EULA, and we may suspend or terminate access to protect the Licensed Materials. On termination you must stop using and delete any Licensed Materials in your possession. Sections 1 and 3 survive termination.

6. Reservation of rights

All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by SparkWise Academy.
